Herbal tea are beverages made from herbs, fruits, seeds, or roots steeped in hot water. 'Normal' tea (green, black, white, oolong & pu-erh tea) are derived from the Camellia sinensis plant. The main difference being ‘normal’ tea contains caffeine & theanine which heighten mental alertness.

How do I prepare my loose-leaf blend?

Fine mesh strainers, tea ball infusers, tea bag sachets, tea pots or even a French Press - the possibilities are endless to brew your tea! Steep, strain, blow and drink!

How much tea ingredients should I use?

The great thing about loose-leaves is that you have the flexibility to choose the strength you'd like your tea to be each time. A good ratio to start with: 1-2 tsp of ingredients to 200-250 ml of hot water, then tweak it to your taste in future brews.
